Service Description

Arjita Bansal with WPM provides property management services for residential properties in South and East King County, Washington. Our services include tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, financial reporting, and other related services as agreed upon in separate property management agreements with our clients.

User Accounts

Some portions of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Client Obligations

As a client using our property management services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your property
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your property
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes related to your property
  • Promptly respond to communications regarding your property
  • Maintain sufficient funds to cover property expenses
  • Pay all agreed-upon fees and charges for our services

Tenant Obligations

As a tenant of a property managed by us, you agree to:

  • Comply with all terms of your lease agreement
  • Pay rent and other charges on time
  • Maintain the property in good condition
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Allow access for property inspections and maintenance with reasonable notice
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and community rules

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in unauthorized access, use, or modification of our website or its content
  • Use the website to transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers or networks connected to the website

  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, or other users

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arjita Bansal with WPM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Fees and Payment

Our fees for property management services are outlined in separate property management agreements with our clients. Payment terms, methods, and schedules are specified in those agreements. We reserve the right to change our fees with appropriate notice as provided in the property management agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arjita Bansal with WPM, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Any property damage, including to your property being managed by us
  • Any acts or omissions by tenants, contractors, or other third parties

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for property management services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arjita Bansal with WPM, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Termination of property management services shall be governed by the terms of the separate property management agreement between us and our clients.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of King County, Washington.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in King County, Washington. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties may pursue their remedies in court.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Arjita Bansal with WPM.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any property management agreements, privacy policies, or other legal notices published by us, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Arjita Bansal with WPM concerning our services.
