Information We Collect
When you voluntarily submit our contact form, we collect information that may include:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Property address or city
- Property type
- Message content
- The page you submitted the form from, and campaign parameters if you arrived from an ad (used to route your inquiry)
We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry about property management services. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing, and we do not add you to automated mailing lists without your consent.
Form Submissions (Formspree)
Our contact forms are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form service. When you submit a form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our email. Formspree stores submissions on its platform subject to their own privacy policy.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website (pages visited, time on site, general location by city or region). This data is aggregated and anonymized, and we cannot identify individual visitors.
GA4 uses cookies and may collect your IP address (truncated). You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to analyze session behavior (scroll depth, click patterns) to improve the site experience. Clarity may record anonymized session replays. Microsoft's privacy statement applies to data processed by Clarity.
ChatGPT Ads Measurement (OpenAI)
We use OpenAI's ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel to record page views and successful contact-form submissions and measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. The pixel may store an ad-click attribution identifier in a first-party cookie and send event information, including our website origin, to OpenAI.
Automatic advanced matching is enabled for this pixel. It can detect supported contact information entered on the website, such as email addresses and phone numbers, and hash it in your browser before sending it to OpenAI to help match conversions to ads. Raw contact identifiers are not sent through automatic advanced matching. We do not add your message or property details to our conversion event. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics (GA4 and Microsoft Clarity), the Meta Pixel, and the ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel. The Meta Pixel records page views and a Lead event only after a contact form is successfully submitted. We do not send form responses or other sensitive personal information to Meta. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox and Formspree account until manually deleted, typically within 12 months of receipt unless the inquiry leads to an active client relationship.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to us. To make such a request, email arjitabansal@wpmsouth.com.
Third-Party Links
This website contains links to third-party sites including Thumbtack, Windermere and WPM South, and Zillow. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Children's Privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
